Combo classes start with a series of mat exercises for warm-up and then continue with the use of the tower and the reformer according to the instructor’s instructions and your level. The combination of the two pieces of equipment allows you to enjoy the best that Pilates has to offer.
The reformer can help improve your balance, strength, and mobility, while on the tower, you can perform mat exercises combined with springs, which will add an additional challenge to your balance and greater strengthening. The push-through bar will drastically increase your mobility.
