The reformer offers all the known benefits of Pilates, such as holistic strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance, which undoubtedly improve daily life. It promotes better body posture, graceful & efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with bodily “imbalances.” Building core strength, training our core \/ powerhouse is particularly important. Strong abs, strong back, “toned” glutes, and thighs are what all Pilates machines, as well as mat Pilates, offer, but the reformer provides a unique way of exercising. 0n the tower, you can perform mat exercises combined with springs, which will add an additional challenge to your balance and greater strengthening. The push-through bar will drastically increase your mobility.<\/p>\n

Our classes accommodate up to 8 individuals of the same level. The lesson has flow and rhythm. Each lesson is structured with a variety of invigorating exercises to work out the whole body, making the most of the class time so that one can quickly achieve your goals.<\/p>\n

Your instructor will teach, observe, adjust your movements, and assist you with breathing techniques, muscle activation, and natural alignment.<\/p>\n
