Who is Pilates for?
Pilates is for everyone regardless of age. It is a dynamic and safe exercise with immediate results, toning all muscles without straining any part of the body.
- Ideal for individuals in the recovery stage after a muscle injury or chronic problem or sensitivity in the spine, hips, shoulders, knees, etc.
- Best for the elderly as they can follow a mild and safe exercise routine.
- Suitable for women after the 14th week of pregnancy and until delivery, as well as after the delivery for quickly returning to their prior physical condition.
- Fit for athletes as a complement to their training, and for dancers because it lengthens and strengthens the muscles by applying the basic principles of dance.
