The Pilates mat system consists of a wide range of exercises performed on the floor on special mats. The classes focus on your needs and abilities, while the instructor corrects any potential mistakes that may occur.
Students exercise using small weights, small and large balls, rings, bands, rollers, and Pilates sticks, working out all muscle groups through controlled movements.
Regular practice develops body stability and improves posture. It immediately strengthens the abdominal muscles, back muscles, and tones the arms and legs.
Classes are divided into two categories: clinical for all and level 2.
